Every year for Lent I set myself some guidelines and every year I stick to them. This year I am going to add a few goals and fingers crossed I’ll get there.
This year for lent I am going off:
*sweets
*chocolate
*biscuits
*crisps
*fizzy drinks
*white bread/ white rice
*make up/clothes(unless it is a must)/ eBay/magazine shopping
*takeaways
I plan on
*exercising at least 3 times a week
*eating more fruit and vegetables
*drinking at least 1.5 litres of water a day
*reading a lot more
*taking my vitamins everyday
This lent I also have two goals which are
*lose at least 20lb
*save at least £1000
Written down it all seems like an awful lot but hopefully my willpower will kick in and help me to fulfil my Lenten promises. I will keep you all updated with my Lenten plan in my Weekly Weigh-in and also I will keep tabs on it all in a side bar.
