Slimming World Update

Hey everyone. Sorry I haven’t been about lately but I suppose you could say that life got in the way. The past few weeks at Slimming World have been up and down but now I’m back on track with a loss of 3lb this week.

It’s Lent so I’m finding the weight loss easy. I’m off white bread, sweets, chocolate, crisps, fizzy drinks and takeaways. And starting tomorrow I am also going to go off all bread and cheese for a week, to see if that helps the weight loss.

I only have 7lb to target and I’m hoping to get there by the end of Lent.

Slimming World 4 and Operation 14 update

All I can say is that I have to try harder. My official Slimming World weigh in says that in 2 weeks I put on 4.5lb. I feel like rubbish.

Having being so bad with what I’ve been eating lately and the complete lack of exercise, I have decided that today is the day I step up the pace. After re-watching Onna’s videos, I feel that I am ready for this and I intend to be 100% committed.

  I am also going to write down EVERYTHING I eat, and all the exercise that I do. I will post my food and exercise diary every Wednesday. I really want to lose at least 14lb for my holiday in May, and in order for this to happen I need to be focused. Please feel free to share your weight loss tips with me and your exercise plans. I need as much help and support as I can get.
