Slimming World 1

Wednesdays to me are my Slimming World days. I vowed last week to lose 1lb to get back to having 1stone off but that didn't happen. I thought I had been good all week but that didn't happen either.




 Char and I were talking on Twitter the other day about talking pictures of everything we eat, in order to realise what exactly we were putting in our mouths. I am hoping that this will help me lose weight. I am 9lb off target and would love to get there by the end of February.


As well as trying to keep a food photo diary this week, I am also going to set myself some target and aims
*no bread
*no fizzy juice,chocolate,sweets,biscuits or crisps
*no takeaways
*exercise at least 3 times


Here's hoping I get a better result next week

  1. No bread really helps! I'm currently not eating any wheat, and after only two weeks I'm really seeing the difference.

    Good luck with it all. Remember you're gorgeous though!
