Hey everyone. Sorry I haven’t been about lately but I suppose you could say that life got in the way. The past few weeks at Slimming World have been up and down but now I’m back on track with a loss of 3lb this week.
It’s Lent so I’m finding the weight loss easy. I’m off white bread, sweets, chocolate, crisps, fizzy drinks and takeaways. And starting tomorrow I am also going to go off all bread and cheese for a week, to see if that helps the weight loss.
I only have 7lb to target and I’m hoping to get there by the end of Lent.
