wrong but I’m just not getting the loss that I want every week. I have been off chocolate, biscuits, fizzy drinks, crisps and takeaways for 3 weeks now and in that space of time I have only lost 3.5lb. I know its still a loss but its just not good enough for me.
I go away in 7 weeks and I am 5lb off target. I want to get there before I go.
This week I am going to be even stricter than usual, and I am exercising this week. Im just back from a Zumba class and I am determined to exercise more.
Does anyone have any tips or advice for me? I feel like I have hit a wall and I really want to get over it and get to the finish line.

My only advice is stay positive you are doing GREAT!!! xxx It will happen some weeks you lose more than others and it should definitely help that you are incorporating exercise xxx Maybe try and not focus on the what you weigh for a bit but on how you feel now after making healthy changes xxx

DeleteWhen I hit my plateau the only thing that dragged me out of it, admittedly with some kicking and screaming, was Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I literally recommend it to everyone, you don't lose weight because you put on muscle but it tones you up like crazy and you lose inches.
